This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Source, recruit, and coordinate the placement of exceptional talent essential for supporting our leadership team.

• This role will encompass sourcing candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions.

• Discover innovative and effective methods to attract qualified candidates.

• Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.

• Organize on-site interviews with the leadership team and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously across various metropolitan areas.

• Participate in the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

• Cultivate ongoing relationships with hiring managers.

• Assist as necessary in performing other related tasks and special projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruiting across various disciplines, including Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, and Legal.

• Strong expertise in identifying suitable candidates, initiating contact, screening applicants, and drafting summaries for leadership review.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and general internet usage for business purposes.

• Prior experience with Workday is advantageous.

• A minimum of five years in high-volume recruiting within a healthcare organization is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.

• Experience in a process-driven work environment.

• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to proactively address problems and manage open positions with meticulous attention to detail.

• A strong drive for results, coupled with a passion for excellence.

• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy.
