This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide a comprehensive 360 recruitment service for Bright Horizons nursery locations.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to offer outstanding, end-to-end resourcing solutions, ensuring a high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers that consistently surpasses expectations.

• Execute direct sourcing through the proficient utilization of LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards, campaigns, social media, and headhunting techniques.

• Partner with the business to identify content for our careers social channels that enhances talent attraction and engagement with our employer brand.

• Oversee all vacancies and candidates through effective management of the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring it remains consistently updated and that candidates and hiring managers are guided appropriately throughout all stages.

• Provide weekly metrics on recruitment activities.

• Promote the RAF (Recommend a Friend) initiative through stakeholder engagement.

• Serve as an ambassador for Bright Horizons, seeking continuous opportunities to enhance the employer brand, embodying the core principles of Bright Horizons, and showcasing a commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment services to the organization.

• Take ownership and responsibility for fulfilling all recruitment needs of our nursery settings, being relentless in the pursuit of exceptional talent for Bright Horizons.

• Possess an understanding of market intelligence and trends.

• Identify opportunities to participate in industry events to promote Bright Horizons' opportunities and expand your specialist knowledge.

• Regularly evaluate recruitment activities to ensure their effectiveness and success in achieving desired outcomes and return on investment.

• A demonstrated and successful history in the role of a Recruiter.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.

• A strong communicator who can confidently convey information in both written and verbal forms to all organizational levels.

• Ability to work towards and exceed targets while prioritizing tasks to meet the demands of the business.

• Capability to manage workload priorities and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

• Goal-oriented, with a solid grasp of recruiting metrics and strategies for achieving positive outcomes.
