This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manages the complete recruiting cycle for the company, leveraging the applicant tracking system while ensuring data integrity, precision, and compliance with established processes.
• Establishes strategic collaborations with the business and hiring managers, offering hiring suggestions based on interviews, assessment outcomes, and candidate qualifications.
• Creates sourcing strategies aimed at maximizing visibility for Badger’s job openings and attracting top talent.
• Conducts weekly meetings with hiring managers to review staffing needs and progress in searches.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to determine the interview team, interview criteria, and competency expectations; participates in interviews and leads debriefing sessions as necessary.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a high school diploma with equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience as a consultative talent acquisition partner to the organization.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in recruiting systems – ATS (preferably ORC), CRM, and sourcing tools.
