• Take charge of the entire recruitment process for a large number of positions, achieving results while maintaining high standards.
• Act swiftly and judiciously to ensure the right candidates are placed promptly.
• Cultivate robust collaborations with hiring managers to shape and influence recruitment strategies.
• Create proactive talent pipelines to facilitate ongoing and future organizational growth.
• Leverage sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and analytics to enhance recruitment results.
• Provide a smooth candidate experience that embodies our commitment to a people-first philosophy.
• 2–5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in high-volume settings.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results in fast-paced and high-demand environments.
• Strong abilities in sourcing and creating talent pipelines.
• Experience in influencing hiring managers and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
