This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete recruitment process with a strong emphasis on efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

• Handle a high volume of requisitions while ensuring outstanding productivity and precision.

• Utilize advanced sourcing methods through search engines, social media, job boards, and recruitment technologies.

• Actively network, make cold calls, and connect with both passive and active candidates.

• Gain a thorough understanding of client programs and the necessary candidate profiles.

• Advocate for Mosaic’s brand and value proposition to potential candidates.

• Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and present candidates to hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Quickly address urgent hiring needs.

• Explore and implement innovative sourcing channels and strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or high-volume preferred).

• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and employment legislation.

• Experience in retail, call centers, customer service, sales, door-to-door, or promotions is advantageous.

• Energetic, outgoing, and self-assured with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing recruitment platforms.

• Highly goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving/exceeding KPIs.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
