• Enhance Smartcat’s talent density by attracting outstanding individuals through a data-driven, AI-first recruitment strategy.

• Collaborate closely with leaders in Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and G&A to identify, engage, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent.

• Influence the future of recruitment at Smartcat by utilizing AI, automation, and market intelligence.

• Independently handle intricate searches from Individual Contributor to Director levels across various functions.

• Implement thorough evaluation processes centered on capability, motivation, adaptability, and long-term impact.

• Shape hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment.

• Provide a high-quality, personalized candidate experience rooted in transparency, responsiveness, and respect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS, AI, or startup setting.

• Background in recruiting for both GTM and R&D sectors.

• Proven track record of managing complex and high-priority searches in rapidly changing environments.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and improve recruitment outcomes.

• Strong skills in sourcing and talent mapping across various channels and markets.

• Exceptional written communication and cold outreach abilities.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, ranging from manager to executive level.

• Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decision-making.

• Capacity to work autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced growth environments.
