This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead regional initiatives and objectives that enhance the capabilities of Talent Acquisition Operations while promoting ongoing improvement.
• Oversee a regional team of TA Operations professionals, including Lead and Senior members as well as coordinators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Propel the regional adoption of recruiting processes, enterprise standards, tools, and technologies.
• Track regional metrics, workload, capacity, and data integrity to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics to strengthen accountability and enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Employ Lean methodologies and project management principles to facilitate process improvements and operational advancements.
• Partner with technology teams to implement, support, train, and promote the use of recruiting tools and systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy regulations, enterprise standards, and local requirements.
• Assist with governance activities, including audits, controls, and regional compliance assessments.
• Act as the regional contact for escalations and stakeholder requirements related to TA Operations.
• Contribute to global TA Operations projects and provide regional insights to foster enterprise-wide enhancements.
• Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Substantial experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Previous experience managing personnel and/or leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in leading cross-functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives.
• Proficiency in recruiting best practices, process improvement, project and change management, as well as recruiting technologies and systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in utilizing data to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and participate in select global calls as necessary.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as required.
• Strong proficiency in the English language (speaking, writing, and reading).
