This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience to ensure efficient engagement with prospective employees.
• Assist a large volume of candidates effectively.
• Organize onboarding logistics seamlessly.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with recruiters, HR associates, and hiring managers.
• Offer timely updates, clear communication, and guidance to applicants, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the Workday onboarding journey.
• Engage in departmental projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies and introducing innovations to propel our Operations team forward.
• Monitor candidate progress during the onboarding phase to facilitate accurate communication regarding subsequent steps.
• Swiftly manage last-minute changes and rescheduling.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout the onboarding process.
• Input, monitor, and relay screening status for candidates on vendor websites to qualify them for available positions.
• Complete Form I-9s for new hires within required federal timeframes.
• Detect inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes.
• Assist in the deployment of new tools and technologies for remote hiring.
• Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills in Excel for analytical tasks.
• Experience with project management and social media is preferred.
