• Monitor hiring metrics such as submissions, selections, and joins.
• Reduce candidate drop-offs and enhance conversion rates.
• New graduates and those seeking internships are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Capable of working independently in a results-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is beneficial but not essential.
• Fully remote position.
