• Evaluate candidates based on their suitability for the role, communication skills, and motivation.

• Organize interviews and oversee the hiring process.

• Ensure regular follow-ups to facilitate candidate onboarding.

• Uphold a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Monitor hiring metrics such as submissions, selections, and joins.

• Reduce candidate drop-offs and enhance conversion rates.
