Talent Acquisition Manager – Strategy

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary escalation point for intricate or high-volume searches, addressing challenges through direct mentorship and hands-on delivery.

• Oversee the complete delivery of talent searches for complex client portfolios, establishing the highest standards for quality and candidate experience.

• Conduct regular update meetings with clients to review talent searches and discuss necessary considerations.

• Create and execute advanced sourcing and engagement strategies, ensuring that our internal processes and TA technology stack are optimized for maximum flexibility.

• Collaborate with client leadership to identify talent challenges, providing data-driven insights to develop sustainable pipelines that align with their long-term objectives.

• Address recruitment escalations and maintain process discipline, enabling leadership to concentrate on broader operational and growth initiatives.

• Oversee the internal tracking of talent strategy team capacity, raising challenges and capacity requirements to the Chief Integration Officer as they emerge.

• Maintain comprehensive reporting and analytic dashboards for both individual and programmatic client talent acquisition requests, ensuring that our data-driven approach is consistently upheld.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is essential; an MBA or Master’s in a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy experience is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in a TA Lead or Manager position is necessary.

• A background in both corporate and consulting environments is highly desirable.

• Expert-level proficiency in modern ATS platforms, advanced sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing strategies is required.

• Proven experience in recruiting for roles at all organizational levels is necessary, ideally across various domains or departments.

• Experience in implementing talent acquisition workflows is required.

• Capability to maintain strict process discipline across diverse client portfolios while excelling in a fast-paced environment.
