This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee, develop, and guide the Recruitment & Selection team.
• Establish talent attraction strategies for operational, tactical, and strategic roles.
• Drive high-volume recruitment and manage strategic requisitions.
• Create sourcing maps identifying target companies, profiles, and markets.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs.
• Track the team's productivity and performance on a daily basis.
• Enhance and train recruiters, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Apply process enhancements, automations, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage the ATS and various recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish effective hiring strategies.
• Engage in decisions regarding team performance, development, and transitions.
• Develop scalable processes to facilitate company growth.
• Utilize data and metrics to enhance efficiency, predictability, and improvements.
• Proven experience in leading Talent Acquisition or Recruitment & Selection teams.
• Background in strategic recruitment and high-volume hiring.
• Experience in managing recruitment indicators and metrics.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Experience in ongoing process improvement and automation.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence applications in recruitment.
• Proven experience in developing sourcing strategies and market mapping.
• Proficient or fluent in English.
• Analytical, strategic, and results-driven mindset.
• Capacity to lead and nurture teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Well-organized, prioritizes effectively, and adjusts to dynamic environments.
• Experience managing metrics including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, Source of Hire, SLA, and team productivity.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Knowledge of ROI for recruitment initiatives, automation, and tool implementations.
• Experience in structuring data-driven processes and continuous enhancement.
• Hybrid work model — 3 days per week in the office (São Paulo).
• Contract type: PJ (contractor).
