📋 Description

• Design and implement effective and innovative talent acquisition strategies, processes, and procedures that cater to our diverse range of businesses.

• Set annual strategic goals and budget for the Talent Acquisition function in alignment with WFG priorities, while managing performance throughout the year.

• Identify and initiate recruitment technologies that enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process, and create relevant training materials for all users.

• Oversee the recruitment process for key roles across various business sectors.

• Collaborate with human resources and hiring managers to establish a thorough and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.

• Anticipate future talent requirements by cultivating a diverse external talent pipeline and network for proposal efforts.

• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and suppliers, including contracts and performance oversight.

• Develop talent acquisition metrics, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms to effectively assess and enhance performance.

• Work alongside the marketing team to devise creative recruitment marketing strategies and revamp the business career site and associated social media pages to strengthen our employer brand and outreach.

• Formulate a university relations strategy along with relevant intern, co-op, and early career programs and outreach initiatives that align with our workforce planning strategy.

• Ensure adherence to Native American Hiring Preference, Federal Contracting Regulations, and Affirmative Action Plan requirements.

• Execute, direct, and oversee subordinate staff to meet established performance objectives for the department(s).


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Federal contracting sector.

• Exceptional English writing, speaking, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and fostering connections in a collaborative environment.

• Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and EEO compliance.

• Strong project management capabilities, with a proven history of managing complex processes or system implementations.

• Previous experience in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.

• Ability to swiftly adapt focus, modify schedules, and solve problems to accommodate changing work demands and the needs of supervisors and other stakeholders.

• Must have an understanding of and the ability to promote Native American culture and hiring preferences.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Must successfully complete a thorough background investigation, which includes personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check, and any other pertinent background information deemed necessary by WDC.
