This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.
• Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across various locations and time zones.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the job opening stage to the acceptance of offers.
• Delegate responsibilities to recruiters, monitor their progress, and ensure hiring objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
• Analyze recruitment pipelines and assist recruiters in efficiently advancing candidates through the process.
• Enhance recruitment workflows, communication, reporting, and overall team performance.
• Monitor hiring progress, open positions, time-to-fill metrics, and recruiter productivity.
• Train, coach, and support recruiters to elevate results and improve candidate quality.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal management.
• Assist with international hiring needs and coordinate recruitment efforts across various markets.
• Maintain precise information in the ATS and ensure appropriate use of recruitment tools.
• Contribute to the development of robust sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill and high-priority positions.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Experience in managing recruiters or recruitment teams.
• Required experience collaborating with international teams.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and open roles simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• Experience with Pinpoint ATS is highly advantageous.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience in hiring both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment efforts.
• Proven track record of enhancing recruitment processes and recruiter performance.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
