• Lead, support, and nurture a team of Internal Recruiters.
• Oversee recruiter performance, manage workload distribution, and ensure delivery on hiring goals.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to support and execute recruitment strategies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for queries related to recruitment.
• Foster strong working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for assigned permanent and contract positions globally.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of role requirements, candidate profiles, technical skills, and business needs.
• Source candidates through various channels including advertising, direct sourcing, networking, database searches, social media, and talent mapping.
• Conduct screening interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability before presenting them to hiring managers.
• Organize interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities to facilitate efficient hiring decisions.
• Ensure candidates are thoroughly prepared throughout the recruitment and interview stages.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to address current and future hiring requirements.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective candidates in the market.
• Provide market insights and recruitment intelligence to internal stakeholders.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market developments in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of recruitment activities within the ATS.
• Work closely with HR to guarantee a seamless onboarding process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Represent Quanticate at career fairs, conferences, and networking events as needed.
• Become a subject matter expert in internal recruitment and best practices in employer branding.
• Degree qualified or possess equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes in a premium recruitment environment.
• Previous experience in recruiting within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to utilize multiple sourcing methods, including direct headhunting techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Confident in interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
