This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and establish clear timelines and expectations.

• Craft and publish job advertisements that accurately represent the role and attract qualified candidates.

• Identify candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Assess applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.

• Manage job offers and facilitate a seamless transition into onboarding.

• Keep recruitment processes on track by efficiently managing schedules, interviews, and communications.

• Ensure hiring managers are consistently updated on progress, pipelines, and any challenges encountered.

• Maintain a uniform and structured approach across all roles.

• Guarantee that all candidates experience a clear, timely, and respectful hiring process.

• Serve as a dependable point of contact for candidates, ensuring they are informed throughout each stage.

• Provide feedback as necessary and ensure a professional conclusion to each recruitment process.

• Own and manage the recruitment module within BambooHR, ensuring all candidate data is precise, current, and consistently maintained.

• Monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline progress.

• Utilize data to pinpoint delays or gaps in the process and assist in keeping hiring on schedule.

• Support the enhancement of a robust employer brand, contributing to the company's representation to candidates across various channels.

• Assist with recruitment-related initiatives such as careers content, job advertisement consistency, and talent attraction efforts.

• Foster strong working relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization.

• Provide practical advice on recruitment processes to help ensure consistency in hiring decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency (or both).

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to keep various processes running smoothly.

• Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience utilizing an ATS or similar recruitment system.

• A detail-oriented approach, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the hiring process.

• A practical, hands-on attitude with a focus on results.
