This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization's hiring objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the recruitment team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Leverage data and metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions based on data.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Effectively manage the recruitment budget and resources.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing contractor retention.
• Experience in recruiting 1099 contractors within the United States.
• Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, operate under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
