This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for commercial, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to establish hiring strategies and ensure top-tier hiring decisions.
• Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and comprehensive market mapping.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance sourcing, engage candidates, and increase recruiting efficiency.
• Examine hiring metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance overall outcomes.
• Assist newly acquired portfolio companies in implementing effective hiring methods and recruitment processes.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, employer branding projects, and process enhancements throughout the region.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the French talent landscape.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring outcomes.
• Capability to work independently across diverse priorities and business contexts.
• A data-driven approach paired with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to optimize recruiting processes.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Collaborate directly with founders, CEOs, and executive teams.
• Impact hiring decisions within a rapidly expanding ecosystem of software companies.
• Experience a significant level of ownership and autonomy.
• Become part of a cooperative international Talent Acquisition team.
