This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition processes for all companies affiliated with Enterprise Management.
• Manage recruitment strategies, enhance applicant tracking systems, and supervise a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Ensure that all workforce requirements are fulfilled in accordance with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Develop long-term workforce planning strategies and implement high-volume as well as specialized recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership across operations, HR, compliance, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant talent acquisition procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Experience in recruiting within healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of EEO/AA, OFCCP, and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks.
