This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Assume complete responsibility for a recruiting pod — ensuring your team remains focused, unblocked, and high-performing while managing a significant requisition load yourself.
• Offer clear guidance to direct reports, translating team objectives established by the Head of TA into individual priorities and expectations.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings centered on performance, pipeline health, and professional development.
• Perform quality checks on your team's work throughout the entire recruiting process — including sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, interview experience, and candidate communication.
• Mentor direct reports on recruitment skills, stakeholder management, and career advancement.
• Set a positive example as a hands-on practitioner: take charge of the more complex and senior searches within your pod's domain.
• Promptly escalate personnel or performance issues to the Head of TA as necessary.
• Over 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or pod management.
• Proven ability to manage a full requisition load while fostering the performance and development of team members.
• Strong recruiting expertise across the entire hiring lifecycle, encompassing:
• Sourcing and outreach strategies;
• Pipeline management and candidate experience;
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across functions;
• Coaching and quality assurance of peers or junior team members.
• Effective communicator who establishes clear expectations and addresses issues proactively.
• Strong prioritization skills — capable of balancing individual contributor tasks with people management responsibilities without compromising either.
