This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruiting: You will oversee all candidate inflow and manage the complete recruiting process, ensuring it operates seamlessly.

• Referrals: You will utilize our network to gain access to the finest talent across Europe.

• Relationship building: You will establish and nurture relationships with prospective leadership candidates.

• People topics: You will collaborate closely with our founders on onboarding, enhancing candidate experience, and laying the groundwork for how we recruit and develop teams at Duna.

• 5-9 years of relevant experience (though both more and less experience are also encouraged to apply).

• Strong execution focus (as opposed to purely "management").

• Skills in relationship building and networking.
