• Follow-up with candidates to complete assessments

• Direct communication with candidates

• Scheduling of interviews and medical examinations

• Candidate profiling

• Student in Psychology, Modern Languages, or related fields

• English proficiency at B1 level

• Availability for flexible hours

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel
