• Assist in the design and implementation of recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency.
• Support sourcing initiatives, including talent mapping, outreach efforts, and the development of candidate pipelines.
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of recruitment resources such as interview guides, scorecards, and materials for hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the TA team to streamline candidate tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Help coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of a centralized knowledge base for recruitment processes and best practices.
• Work with People and Hiring Managers to gather and document Standard Operating Procedures and hiring workflows.
• Take part in employer branding efforts, including crafting job postings, social media content, and candidate communications.
• A passion for Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Operations, or HR. This role is ideal for college seniors, recent graduates, or individuals looking to transition careers!
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity or interest in utilizing tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, or CRM systems.
• A strong curiosity about candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment processes.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• This is a paid internship with an hourly wage of $25, allowing interns to work up to 40 hours weekly.
