This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the recruitment team in overseeing the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Advertise job vacancies on job boards, career sites, and social media channels.
• Assist with resume evaluations, application screenings, and conducting initial phone interviews.
• Aid in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate records updated in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help develop and maintain recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and interview guides.
• Provide support for background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment tasks.
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Offer administrative assistance to the HR team as required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong enthusiasm for recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR/recruiting is preferred but not mandatory.
