This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Management of the Complete Recruitment Cycle - End to End
• Conducting competency-based interviews.
• Coordination and management of Technical Interviews.
• Active monitoring and control of both the process and the candidate pipeline.
• Validation and closure of the process, including sending the Offer Letter.
• Strategic Management of Talent Attraction
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand current and future talent needs.
• Implement tools and recruitment technologies to enhance process efficiency.
• Stakeholder Relationship:
• Serve as a key contact point between business leaders.
• Over 2 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in IT roles, preferably within consulting firms or tech companies.
• Experience in using ATS and digital recruitment tools.
• Proven experience in attracting complex profiles such as DevOps, developers, and IT architects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and consulting environments.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
