This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide a disciplined and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring clear communication, strong closure, and executive-level follow-through.
• Manage comprehensive executive searches across GE Vernova segments, which include technology, engineering, digital, and project/program management functions.
• Develop and implement data-driven search strategies, utilizing market intelligence and benchmarking data to influence hiring decisions and expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights into talent markets, role calibration, assessment rigor, and potential trade-offs.
• Base hiring decisions on evidence through structured assessments, calibrated criteria, references, and comparative market insights.
• Create future-ready executive talent networks by remaining actively engaged in industrial and manufacturing talent communities via networks, referrals, research, and market monitoring.
• Serve as an ambassador for GE Vernova’s mission, articulating a clear and credible narrative that encourages experienced leaders to explore meaningful career opportunities.
• Leverage market data and talent insights to guide workforce planning, succession discussions, and broader hiring strategies.
• Establish clear search governance, decision-making cadence, and milestones to sustain momentum and avoid search drift.
• Mentor and elevate the executive recruiting community through shared standards, insights, and best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and confidentiality, holding yourself and others to high professional standards.
• Exemplify integrity, curiosity, inclusivity, and collaboration while balancing speed, rigor, and trust.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience within complex, global organizations.
• At least 4 years of experience leading executive searches at the VP or officer level, either in-house at a Fortune 500 company or within a global retained executive search firm.
• Proven track record in recruiting executive leaders in a metrics-driven environment, including manufacturing, industrial operations, hardware & software engineering, infrastructure projects, or other heavy industry sectors.
• Expertise in executive compensation, long-term incentives, and negotiation.
• Strong executive presence with the capacity to communicate effectively and influence leaders at all levels.
• Advanced skills in talent analytics, market mapping, and AI to enhance research, assessment, and decision quality.
