• Facilitate the complete recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid-level positions within engineering and support functions.
• Advertise and manage job postings on various job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
• Review CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach as well as scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp recruitment needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure precise record-keeping.
• Assist in managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners when necessary.
• Support the management of contract and offer negotiations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Recruitment, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, demonstrating a solid track record of using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Background in HR or recruitment, especially in high-volume candidate management or talent coordination.
• Proficient in managing ATS.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience utilizing tools like LinkedIn, BambooHR, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing engaging content tailored for different platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and creative approach, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• A background or interest in the engineering or consultancy sector is advantageous but not mandatory; what matters most is your eagerness to learn and your ambition to contribute to a growing team.
