Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and arrange interviews, panel discussions, and debriefs for candidates across various time zones.

• Oversee the creation, review, and external posting of job advertisements on approved platforms and boards.

• Navigate recruitment requisitions through the necessary internal approval processes.

• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and monitoring of formal offer letters.

• Support selected candidates throughout the comprehensive pre-onboarding process.

• Securely coordinate and facilitate the completion of Form I-9 for employment eligibility verification.

• Serve as the platform administrator for Greenhouse Recruiting.

• Ensure the accuracy of candidate profiles and job records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide training and support to internal hiring managers and teams regarding Greenhouse operations.

• Protect employee and candidate confidentiality while adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination (including internships, administrative fellowships, or leadership roles in student organizations).

• Proven ability to coordinate logistics, plan multi-step processes, and manage calendars effectively.

• Experience in maintaining confidentiality and exercising strong professional judgment with sensitive personnel information.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse teams.

• Strong digital literacy, with a self-motivated capability to quickly learn new systems, databases, and collaboration software.
