This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, and head office support positions.
• Identify, approach, and engage top-tier active and passive candidates across global markets.
• Perform thorough candidate evaluations, interviews, and assessments.
• Create comprehensive candidate summaries, shortlists, and market analyses.
• Manage candidate interactions throughout the entire recruitment journey.
• Facilitate client briefings and maintain client relationships with expertise and professionalism.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pools across Australia, Singapore, and Dubai.
• Identify target companies, competitor brands, and key talent markets.
• Support business development through market knowledge, candidate mapping, and talent insights.
• Keep precise records in the recruitment CRM and internal systems.
• Represent the company professionally with high-end clients, candidates, and international partners.
• Be prepared to travel internationally for client meetings, market assessments, and business development activities as necessary.
• At least 5+ years of comprehensive recruitment experience in an agency or billing consultant role.
• Proven and verifiable placement history — you should be able to articulate your billing performance, fees generated, and placement success rate.
• Strong expertise in recruiting for luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer markets.
• Experience in recruiting for international markets such as Australia, Singapore, Dubai, or the broader APAC and Middle East regions.
• Outstanding written and spoken English proficiency — as you will interact with senior international clients and candidates at the highest level.
• Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities.
• Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of fees, billing objectives, and business development.
• Capable of working independently and taking full responsibility in a fully remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and effective follow-through.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct sourcing tools, and recruitment CRMs.
