This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist in the execution of staffing and recruitment processes, strategies, and solutions.
• Source, recruit, screen, and evaluate a high volume of candidates for both exempt and nonexempt positions.
• Identify suitable candidates using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Keep precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and spreadsheets.
• Actively explore new methods to attract candidates.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide weekly hiring data reports.
• Act as the primary contact for candidates, delivering inspiring information about the company and the role.
• Prepare candidates for each stage of the hiring process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 to 3 years of recent experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and motivated individual.
• Enthusiastic learner.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptable and flexible to support the growth of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting targets, including deadlines.
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Preferred Experience).
• Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with Paylocity is a plus (Preferred Experience).
• Experience using the latest sourcing tools and techniques (Internet search, Indeed, Chrome and browser extensions, Social Media, etc.) (Preferred Experience).
