This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Accountable for assessing, enhancing, and predicting the effectiveness of multi-channel patient recruitment initiatives across clinical trial portfolios.
• Converting recruitment data into strategic insights that expedite enrollment and alleviate site workload.
• An advanced degree coupled with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• High-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Strong capabilities in statistical analysis, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical inference.
• Familiarity with business intelligence data architecture and relational database principles.
• Expertise in data manipulation, cleansing, and automation methods.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Background in measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of data governance and quality control procedures.
• Preferred — Experience in clinical trials is advantageous.
• Previous experience in clinical trial patient recruitment, contract research organizations (CRO), pharmaceutical/biotech industries, or health system marketing.
