This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek qualified candidates based on vacancy specifications using various platforms: LinkedIn, professional networks, forums, internal databases, job boards, and social media.

• Perform CV evaluations, manage candidate profiles within SmartRecruiters, and ensure all details are current.

• Reach out to potential candidates (including through “cold” outreach) and establish initial connections.

• Conduct market research and analysis, preparing reports and presentations to assist in hiring decisions.

• Organize, maintain, and enhance internal recruitment databases along with related documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to facilitate seamless hiring processes.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary in alignment with the objectives of this role.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company in a junior, assistant, or researcher capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedules are available for students).

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or better, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Adaptability, resilience, and capability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with the skill to process, interpret, and present data effectively.

• Innovative thinking and creativity to identify new sourcing strategies and attract high-quality talent.
