Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Proactively source and guide candidates through the recruitment process across various job boards, handling hundreds of applications weekly.

• Review incoming applications on the same day or the following day across all active platforms.

• Screen candidates and advance qualified applicants without awaiting guidance.

• Consistently achieve a target of four qualified hires every two-week training cycle.

• Arrange all interview rounds with sufficient lead time to guarantee a professional experience for candidates.

• Send calendar invitations at least 24 hours prior to all interview stages.

• Coordinate schedules between candidates and internal interviewers smoothly.

• Refine, publish, and continuously update job descriptions based on performance metrics and feedback.

• Manage active job postings on Indeed and other pertinent job boards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and continuously moving candidate pipeline.

• Ensure new hires are completely set up on all necessary tools and systems before their first day.

• Complete onboarding training personally, then assist in delivering sessions and crafting materials for new hires.

• Identify setup gaps or obstacles early to prevent any issues on the first day.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.

• Proven track record of managing high-volume application pipelines across job boards, including Indeed or similar platforms.

• Excellent written English communication skills: clear, direct, and professional.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently across time zones with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through without needing reminders.

• Ownership mindset: you identify problems along with suggested solutions, not just flags.

• Comfortable taking ownership of a weekly hiring metric and being accountable for it.
