Talent Acquisition Consultant, Executive Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with CEOs and board working teams to oversee comprehensive executive searches for Vista's portfolio companies.

• Create and nurture a diverse, elite network of executive talent within the SaaS sector.

• Work alongside external executive search firms to ensure consistent and high-quality search results.

• Promote the ongoing enhancement of Vista's best practices in executive hiring and search procedures.

• Spearhead the implementation and advancement of GenAI-enabled recruiting workflows throughout the team.

• Establish trusted connections with senior stakeholders across Vista and its portfolio companies to provide guidance and foster strategic alignment on executive talent strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruiting, preferably with direct exposure to C-suite or VP+ searches.

• Experience in recruiting for software or technology firms, with the ability to assess technical and go-to-market talent.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, skilled in influencing and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.

• Proven capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and varying priorities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing process rigor with minimal oversight.

• Interest in or experience with GenAI tools as they relate to recruiting workflows.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with portfolio companies and Vista teams.

• Experience in private equity, portfolio company, or sponsor-backed environments is advantageous.
