• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.

• Assess resumes to determine candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with team members to improve sourcing processes and methodologies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Leverage innovative technology tools for recruitment and maintain a robust presence on social media to attract top talent.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.
• Thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong understanding of the technology sector with a track record of success.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software.
• Knowledge of Singapore's labor laws.
