Talent Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Works closely with hiring managers and HR teams to formulate comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to determine hiring needs, outline job requirements, and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.

• Employs various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques, to identify and connect with potential candidates.

• Performs detailed assessments of candidates, including resume evaluations, phone and in-person interviews, and reference checks, to gauge qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Guarantees a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding, by ensuring timely communication, personalized attention, and addressing candidate inquiries.

• Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders to encourage collaboration and ensure a comprehensive understanding of their recruitment needs.

• Monitors and analyzes recruitment data, including sourcing channels, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and diversity metrics, to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for process enhancement.

• Conducts research and analysis on talent trends, competitor landscapes, and industry best practices to remain informed and offer insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

• Ensures adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and diversity initiatives throughout the recruitment process while promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization's talent pool.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or relevant experience equivalent to 4 years in lieu of a degree).
