This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Collaborates with business leaders to identify staffing requirements and facilitates discussions regarding strategy and service level agreements.
• Actively cultivates a diverse talent pipeline by seeking out potential candidates, fostering relationships, and evaluating talent in anticipation of business needs to achieve strategic talent objectives.
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies to attract and identify diverse, qualified applicants for consideration.
• Establishes valued and trusted advisory relationships with leaders across all levels of the organization.
• Conducts interviews and works closely with hiring managers to provide feedback that supports effective hiring decisions.
• Facilitates and executes the hiring process using established policies and practices as a guideline for selection and recruitment.
• Engages in process improvement activities and projects or initiatives in collaboration with others in Talent Acquisition, HR, or other teams.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational attainment that necessitates the completion of high school is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or as a Human Resources Consultant (HRBP) is required; experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent sourcing tools is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition analytics and related skills.
• Understanding of organizational branding and its integration with Talent Acquisition efforts.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Awareness of current industry and technology trends in Talent Acquisition.
• Relevant computer skills, including web sourcing and social media proficiency.
• Ability to establish clear action plans to ensure that work is organized, managed, and completed efficiently.
• Capacity for creative thinking to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Maintains effectiveness in the face of changing work tasks or situations; demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
• Proven skills in influencing, diplomacy, negotiation, collaboration, and relationship building.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong listening, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Exemplifies resilience and innovation in all interactions with leaders, staff, applicants, and candidates.
• Ability to forge strong partnerships with leaders.
• Capable of adapting style and working effectively with employees at all levels.
• Self-motivated and drives programs and change at an appropriate pace, manner, and style.
