📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a diverse range of positions within go-to-market and technical customer success teams.

• Conduct structured role briefings independently with hiring managers, establishing clear expectations regarding the process, timeline, and success criteria.

• Employ advanced sourcing methods to discover and attract top talent, focusing particularly on passive candidates and international talent.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and align on the definition of "what good looks like" in a fast-paced, talent-scarce market.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate, whether selected or not, receives a world-class experience.

• Monitor key funnel metrics, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Provide consistent updates and metrics on recruitment efforts to stakeholders for data-driven decision making.

• Assist in projects aimed at refining processes and enhancing the overall talent function.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in SaaS start-up/scale-up settings across various roles and regions (ideally with some experience in hiring within Europe).

• Proven ability to manage a full requisition load independently, from initial briefing to offer closure.

• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred), showcasing strong process and data hygiene.

• Experience in strategic sourcing to identify hard-to-find profiles.

• Established communication skills with stakeholders - you build credibility rapidly with hiring managers and engage proactively.

• Natural talent for pitching candidates to draw them to Neara.

• You are a proven closer who can ensure candidates are enthusiastic and excited about advancing their careers at Neara.
