Talent Acquisition Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the complete recruitment process for technical and corporate roles related to AI infrastructure and data center operations.

• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and various sourcing avenues.

• Evaluate applicants and perform initial interviews to gauge qualifications and overall compatibility.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.

• Organize interviews and ensure consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Keep precise candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely updates and follow-ups.

• Assist with recruitment analytics and other administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.

• Remain updated on recruitment best practices and market trends concerning technical hiring.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.

• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.

• Internship or work experience in recruitment within human resources is beneficial.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are required.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Eagerness to learn technical recruiting and assist in hiring for AI and Data Center-related positions.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
