This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and assess candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other avenues.
• Utilize ATS platforms like Workable to manage candidate pipelines, communications, and hiring phases.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to discover and connect with qualified candidates.
• Facilitate interview coordination among candidates, hiring managers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Craft and disseminate job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates.
• Assist hiring managers in candidate evaluations, gathering feedback, and updating processes.
• Contribute to enhancing recruitment workflows, templates, scorecards, and hiring documentation.
• Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in international companies or multicultural settings.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms, preferably Workable.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple open positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of recruitment tasks.
