This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in Marketing (such as digital, brand, performance) and Tech (including engineering, data, product) to identify hiring needs, establish role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to the offer stage, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates.
• Create talent pipelines for challenging-to-fill and future positions, utilizing a combination of proactive sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding efforts.
• Manage recruitment tools and platforms (like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) to monitor and enhance performance metrics.
• Implement DEI-focused hiring practices, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are integral to every phase of the recruitment process.
• Take ownership of recruitment analytics and reporting – track KPIs (such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline diversity) and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to guarantee competitive and aligned compensation structures based on market data.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech leadership to design compelling employer branding campaigns that appeal to top talent.
• Stay informed about hiring trends, talent market insights, and recruitment technologies to maintain competitive hiring practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Specialist role.
• Proven success in recruiting for both technical and marketing positions, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and constructively challenge senior leadership.
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques, recruitment analytics, and contemporary ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
• Comprehensive understanding of EMEA hiring markets (or other relevant regions, if applicable).
• A commitment to enhancing candidate experience, promoting diversity hiring, and utilizing data-driven recruiting methods.
• [Preferred but not required] Experience in scaling teams during periods of hypergrowth or transformation.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking.
• Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Background in hiring across multiple regions (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
