Talent Acquisition Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and facilitate the recruitment process.

• Evaluate candidates and monitor applications utilizing provided templates and systems.

• Organize interviews and maintain prompt communication with candidates to guarantee a positive experience.

• Draft and dispatch offer letters in line with company policies and standards.

• Ensure all hiring procedures comply with company guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Assist with additional HR and talent acquisition tasks as assigned.

• Support administrative duties and reporting related to recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are beneficial.

• Equivalent professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may substitute for a formal degree.

• Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required.

• Over 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related position.

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across a range of roles and levels.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).

• Background in coordinating with hiring managers and supporting full-cycle hiring processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience is preferred.

• Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom or MS Teams.

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience is required.

• Demonstrates genuine flexibility and adaptability as business needs evolve.

• A stable, reliable internet connection is essential.

• A professional and dedicated remote working environment is expected.
