This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle across various service lines and disciplines.
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through multiple sourcing methods.
• Collaborate with the business to establish effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct phone interviews to verify that candidates meet the required qualifications.
• Keep current with sourcing tools and industry best practices.
• Share motivating information about the company and the role with candidates.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Support social media efforts and enhance employment branding.
• Manage various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in recruiting.
• Strong skills in influencing hiring managers.
• Knowledge of labor market trends related to recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing abilities and strategies for diversity sourcing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Tech-savvy, including familiarity with social media and process mapping.
• Experience with Workday recruitment management tools or other ATS is a plus.
• Outstanding time management, organizational, and communication skills.
