This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive lifecycle recruiting activities, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques to identify candidates, including Internet job boards, search engines, social media platforms, targeted cold calling to candidates and companies, networking through professional associations, user groups, and listservs, as well as leveraging employee/candidate referrals and alumni, along with internal mobility strategies.
• Continuously assess and implement new sourcing methodologies to proactively identify, engage, and expand pools of top-tier talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, fostering effective and efficient hiring practices by employing consultative skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Document and track recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFFCP regulations; generate reports for business leaders as required or requested.
• Represent CACI and uphold its values in all interactions with prospective internal and external candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Background in agency recruiting.
• Experience in recruiting cleared Software Engineers.
• Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting for high-level security clearances within the DoD and Intelligence community.
• Capability to develop large-scale recruiting strategies and establish an online presence to attract talent.
• Proficiency in employing effective sourcing and research methodologies.
• Proven experience in recruiting within a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting or contracting environment.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and DoL/OFCCP Federal compliance.
• Previous experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Well-developed skills in assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
