This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Set up and manage paid job advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, among others.
• Assist in crafting straightforward and engaging ad copy targeted at job seekers in various regions.
• Daily monitoring of ad performance, reporting any issues or opportunities to the team.
• Post and update job listings on various job boards and social media channels.
• Generate weekly performance reports from advertising platforms and summarize key metrics (clicks, applications, cost per applicant).
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets to ensure campaign data is organized and current.
• Present findings to the Talent Acquisition team in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Aid in scheduling and publishing organic social media content that showcases InteLogix’s culture and available positions.
• Help create simple graphics or posts using tools like Canva.
• Support the team in keeping job postings accurate, on-brand, and up to date.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand current hiring needs and align posting activities accordingly.
• Assist in organizing and promoting virtual hiring events and career fairs.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to recruitment marketing as needed.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, administrative support, or a related field (internships included!).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be available to work during US daytime hours (Eastern or Central time zone preferred).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating simple graphics or social media posts.
• Experience with paid social media advertising (even at a basic level).
• Background in a BPO, staffing, or high-volume hiring environment is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Filipino is an advantage.
