Tableau Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business requirements.

• Analyze business processes and ascertain reporting needs.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from both business and technical teams.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications.

• Assist in the design and development of Tableau dashboards.

• Verify delivered solutions with business users.

• Conduct data analysis to aid business decision-making.

• Lead workshops and sessions for gathering requirements.

• Produce clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Support UAT activities and manage feedback coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst.

• Practical experience with Tableau.

• Competence in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Background in reporting and analytics projects.

• Understanding of data models and proficiency in SQL.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English.
