TAB Technician, Test, Adjust, Balance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guam.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing, adjustments, and balancing (TAB) of air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to align with design specifications.

• Evaluate systems to ensure adherence to project plans and to detect any performance discrepancies.

• Interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment data effectively.

• Meticulously record all testing, adjusting, and balancing processes following project-specific reporting guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• NEBB or AABC certification is preferred but not essential.

• Proficient in math skills, particularly those relevant to air and water (hydronic) balancing calculations.

• Capable of reading and comprehending mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality work.
