This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete recruitment process across various functions and geographic locations.
• Conduct interviews for key leadership, business-critical, and strategic roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the interview and selection phases.
• Oversee the effective management of requisition workloads, hiring priorities, and recruitment capacity planning.
• Track and enhance recruiting KPIs, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, recruiter productivity, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.
• Lead the optimization of recruitment workflows, systems, governance, and operational procedures to boost hiring efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, employment regulations, and hiring standards.
• Facilitate recruiting governance meetings to assess hiring progress, identify delivery risks, and evaluate operational performance.
• Strengthen partnerships with Hiring Managers by acting as their primary Talent Acquisition partner, offering strategic hiring advice, proactive communication, and comprehensive recruitment support.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with Hiring Managers by providing market insights, interview calibration, hiring strategy recommendations, and ongoing support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss priorities, delivery progress, performance, career development, and to eliminate operational hurdles.
• Monitor project delivery milestones, hiring workflow performance, stakeholder commitments, and operational risks to ensure successful execution of strategic hiring programs.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of complex hiring programs across various business functions or regions.
• Proven success in managing high-volume, technical, professional, and leadership hiring initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, workforce planning, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
