This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing Trinity Health’s Talent Acquisition (TA) Production and Onboarding function within the designated area.

• Leads a team of TA Coordinators, ensuring the execution and compliance with a streamlined, centralized, and cohesive onboarding process.

• Reports to and collaborates with the Director of TA Production Operations.

• Facilitates shared production services to meet program objectives, including key metrics such as on-time starts, post-acceptance drop-off rates, and new-hire satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.

• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, human resources, administration, or customer service support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in people management.
