This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle: Direct and manage the hiring process to secure top talent through effective sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
• Assist in both high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives for critical roles across various functions and levels within the designated region.
• Partner with HR business associates, hiring managers, and senior executives to identify hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Guide and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance, ongoing development, and adherence to recruitment goals.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies to cultivate inclusive talent pipelines and utilize innovative recruitment tools and platforms.
• Regularly assess and recommend enhancements to recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-fill statistics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment initiatives, identify patterns, and propose enhancements.
• Ensure consistency and alignment in functional recruiting across regions by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Managers and teams in other areas to exchange best practices, processes, and tools.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, contractors, and other external partners to aid sourcing and hiring efforts as needed.
• Stay informed about local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable legal standards and internal policies.
• Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and competitive insights, ensuring talent acquisition strategies are proactive and aligned with organizational needs.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, demonstrating a successful history of managing recruitment efforts across multiple regions and functions.
• Experience in developing talent attraction strategies for manufacturing or supply chain environments, specifically in Sourcing, EHS, and Quality, with a strong grasp of site-specific details such as shift patterns, local labor markets, employee relations issues, and workforce volume shifts.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Proven capability to lead hybrid recruitment teams, which include internal full-time employees and external contingent staff, while maintaining strong relationships with RPO and staffing partners.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing performance through active management of SLAs/KPIs, process optimization, and ensuring a cohesive candidate experience across all delivery channels.
• Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, including the utilization of social media, job boards, and professional networks for talent attraction.
• Ability to create and execute recruitment plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Experience in advising and influencing key stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies and best practices in recruitment.
• Strong background in using recruitment metrics and data analytics to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.
• Ability to leverage labor market intelligence and internal data for informed sourcing and hiring decisions.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the agility to adapt to evolving business needs and employ innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies.
• Knowledge of local, regional, and global employment laws, ensuring that recruitment practices adhere to all relevant regulations.
