Sourcing Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for GTM and Operations positions.

• Identify and engage with passive candidates to positively influence the candidate pipeline and top-of-funnel activities.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain insights into role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and the unique aspects that make each role appealing.

• Maintain a well-organized and robust pipeline in our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and prompt communication with candidates.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping TailorMed connect with the right communities and attract suitable talent.

• Continuously enhance sourcing strategies based on data analytics — monitoring outreach rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion metrics.

• Stay informed about the talent market — understanding where exceptional candidates are located, what motivates them, and effective methods to engage them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on GTM roles (sales, customer success, marketing).

• Experience in the digital health B2B SaaS sector is essential. Backgrounds in patient support services, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or financial assistance platforms are highly beneficial.

• Demonstrated success in building pipelines for challenging roles through proactive and innovative sourcing methods.

• Excellent written communication skills — your outreach messages garner responses.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

• A data-driven approach — you monitor what strategies are effective, adapt swiftly, and can discuss your pipeline metrics.

• A genuine curiosity about people — you relish the investigative aspect of finding the right candidates and making a compelling case for why they should engage with us.
